CalibTrack · Calibration management

Know every instrument's calibration status. Always.

CalibTrack gives manufacturers and quality teams one place for the instrument register, calibration schedule, certificates and audit trail, so nothing falls due unnoticed and audit evidence is ready when it is asked for.

Capabilities

Everything a calibration programme needs, in one system

A

Instrument register

Code, brand, serial number, range, resolution, location, owner and equipment role, including reference standards. Bulk import from Excel.

B

Schedule and reminders

Calendar view of upcoming calibrations. Automatic e-mail reminders per company: which days, which time, which roles.

C

Control plans

Define checkpoints with nominal values and tolerances, or visual and functional checks. They load into the calibration form automatically.

D

Certificates and records

Record uncertainty, ambient conditions, traceability and corrective action. Generate a PDF calibration certificate and keep the lab's own file attached.

E

QR labels and audit pack

A QR label per instrument opens its calibration card. The master equipment list and audit pack export in one step.

F

Audit trail and access control

Every critical action is logged with user and time. Separate data per company, role-based access, Turkish and English interface.

How it works

From spreadsheet to audit-ready in three steps

01

Load your instruments

Enter them one by one or import your existing list from Excel, with intervals and locations.

02

Record calibrations

Use a control plan or upload the lab certificate. Next due dates are calculated for you.

03

Stay ahead of due dates

Reminders go out automatically. At the audit, scan a label or open the audit pack.

Built around the requirement

Designed for IATF 16949 measurement-equipment requirements

The data model follows what clause 7.1.5.1 and 7.1.5.2 ask a supplier to show for calibration and traceability.
